- Constructed the Stone Lake-Arrowhead 345-kV line
- Expansion of the Arrowhead Substation
- Constructed a new permanent Stone Lake Substation
- Constructed a Rubicon-Hustisford 138-kV line
- Rebuilt/converted the Hustisford-Horicon 69-kV line to 138 kV
- Constructed 138/69-kV substation at Hubbard
- Constructed a new Cranberry-Conover 115-kV line
- Reconductored the Saukville-St. Lawrence 138-kV line
